При открытии установочного файла возникли проблемы с установкой, т.к. у меня старый iMac с версией macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (более позднюю версию установить уже невозможно).
Система уведомила, что для установки ПО требуется macOS версии 12.0 или более поздней.
Я сообщил о данной проблеме в службу поддержки магазина, и в течение кратчайшего времени они смогли мне помочь.
В итоге Office работает даже на моей устаревшей версии macOS. Все программы открываются и функционируют.
