1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the digital platform "OS-Market" (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Administration", "We") and the person using the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "You").

1.2. By using the OS-Market Platform, located at https://os-market.store (and its subdomains), you fully accept the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The OS-Market Platform is a software and hardware complex providing access to digital products and services and is not a mass media outlet.

1.4. This document also includes the Privacy Policy, which regulates the collection and processing of your personal data.

2. Terms and Definitions

  • Platform — the website https://os-market.store, including all its subdomains, content, functionality, and services.
  • User — any individual who has accessed the Platform.
  • Account — a unique user account created during registration.
  • Content — all objects posted on the Platform, including texts, images, code, graphics, design elements, and digital products.
  • Personal Data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified User.
  • Processing of Personal Data — any action with personal data, including collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, and destruction.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • To request the Administration to delete or conceal their personal data.
  • To send inquiries and receive clarifications regarding the Platform's operation.

3.2. User Obligations:

  • To provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Platform.
  • To bear full responsibility for actions performed using their Account.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password).
  • Not to create multiple Accounts without clear necessity if they belong to the same individual.
  • Not to transfer their Account to third parties.
  • Not to use automated scripts (programs, bots) for collecting information or interacting with the Platform.
  • Not to take actions that may disrupt the functionality of the Platform or its infrastructure.

3.3. Administration Rights:

  • To create, modify, supplement, and delete Content on the Platform at its discretion.
  • To unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement.
  • To restrict access to the Platform or its sections for any User.
  • To delete Accounts and block access in case of violation of this Agreement.
  • To refuse registration without stating reasons.

3.4. Administration Obligations:

  • To maintain the Platform's operability within the limits of technical capabilities and force majeure circumstances.
  • To protect the User's Account and personal data in accordance with applicable law and this Policy.
  • To provide information about the User to authorized state bodies only in cases expressly provided by law.

4. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

4.1. Data Collected:
The Administration may process the following User data:

  • Email address;
  • Data provided during registration and use of services (username, hashed password, transaction history);
  • Anonymized data about visits to the Platform (using "cookies", analytics services like Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics), including IP address, browser type, operating system parameters.

4.2. Purposes of Data Processing:

  • Providing access to the Platform and its services.
  • Identifying the User when performing transactions.
  • Communicating with the User, sending notifications, responding to inquiries.
  • Improving the quality of the Platform, analyzing user behavior.

4.3. Processing Conditions:

  • By using the Platform, the User voluntarily consents to the processing of their data according to this Policy.

  • The User can update or delete their personal data by contacting support.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials used on the Platform, including but not limited to software names, logos, trademarks, and brands, are the property of their respective legal rightsholders (software manufacturers). The Platform Administration does not claim any intellectual property rights to the mentioned products.

5.2. The OS-Market Platform acts as an information intermediary and distributor, providing Users with access to software licenses, the rights to which belong to third parties.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided data and for any actions performed using their Account.

6.2. The Administration is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information provided by software rightsholders.
  • Any discrepancy between the User's expectations and the services actually received.
  • The quality, functionality, and licensing purity of the software, the rights to which belong to third parties.
  • Damage caused to the User as a result of actions/inaction due to force majeure circumstances.
  • The safety of data and uninterrupted operation of the Platform in case of force majeure.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment you start using the Platform and is valid indefinitely.

7.2. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to regularly review the current version of the Agreement.
