Mistake
Reason: The problem lies in the conflict of the installed Microsoft Office with other versions on the PC that are installed or have been removed from the computer. Even if you have never installed the program, some Office files come with the system.
Solution: at the moment there are 2 possible solutions:
1) Download the distribution directly, not the general installer.
2) Use an official utility that removes residual files.
